ECHO IN THE CANYON
My old friends from Mirror Films called me for some emergency last-minute animation they needed for their documentary Echo In the Canyon. The film was about to be shipped off to a film festival and they need just a touch more life added to a map section that explains the history, geography, and artist in Laurel Canyon during the 60’s. The film came out great, it’s a must-watch if you haven’t seen it. Echo In The Canyon takes a look at how musical groups such as The Byrds, The Beach Boys, Buffalo Springfield, and The Mamas & the Papas birthed the beginnings of the Laurel Canyon music scene and how the echo of these artists’ creations reverberated across the world.
